2 oz. butter 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 (10 oz.) pkg. "1800" or "1869" refrigerator biscuits Cranberry sauce or preserves Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Spray miniature muffin pans with Pam. Cut biscuits in half; press down with hand. Dip in butter, then sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place in muffin tin like a cup. Place it so to fill with cranberry sauce or preserves. Bake at 375 degrees 20- 25 minutes until golden. Place pan on cookie sheet since cranberry sauce runs over the edge. Let sit in pan 5-8 minutes before removing. Can be made the day before (not baked). Cover tightly; bring to room temperature before baking. Makes 20. Great for Thanksgiving! |
