CRANBERRY JELLY 
4 c. cranberries
2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar

Put cranberries and water in saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover pan and cook about 5 minutes until the skins burst. Pass through food mill. Add sugar and boil 5 minutes more or until it reaches a thick jelly stage. Pour into a wet mold.
