CRANBERRY-WINE JELLY 
3 c. cranberry juice
7 c. sugar
1 bottle liquid pectin
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. port wine

Combine juice, sugar and spices in a large pan. Stir over high heat until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a rolling boil and boil 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add wine and pectin. Skim off foam and pour into glass jars.
