WINE JELLY 
2 c. White Zinfandel or Rose wine
3 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. liquid fruit pectin

Combine wine and sugar. Bring to full rolling boil over high heat. Stir constantly. Stir in pectin. Return to a boil and cook for exactly one minute. Stir constantly.

Pour into sterilized 1/2-pint canning jars (4). Process for storing (boil for 1 minute) or place in refrigerator. Great with unsalted crackers.
