WINE JELLY 
2 c. sweet wine (red or white)
3 c. granulated sugar
1 pkg. Certo (pectin)
Any size 4 or 6 oz. jar, washed and very clean
Wax to seal

In a double boiler, put enough water so that top 1/2 is in water at all times. In top, place wine and sugar. Heat over medium flame so that sugar is dissolved and bring to boil. Add Certo; mix. Fill jars and wax to seal. Let stand to gel. Lids may be added after cooling.
