WINE JELLY | |
2 c. wine (blush is a good color) 3 c. sugar 1/2 bottle liquid pectin Combine wine and sugar. Heat mixture about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add pectin. Stir. Pour in hot sterilized jelly jars or wine glasses. Add paraffin to cover jelly. Store in dry, cool place. |
