BURGUNDY WINE JELLY 
4 c. burgundy
2 tbsp. lemon juice
6 c. sugar
1 bottle liquid fruit pectin

Combine first 3 ingredients in stainless 6 quart pan. Place over high heat and stir until sugar is dissolved. Bring to full rolling boil (boil hard for 1 minute). Remove from heat. Immediately stir in pectin. Pour quickly into dry, hot sterilized jars to within 1/8" from top and seal. Good for Christmas gifts.
