MEMPHIS CORN PUDDING 
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 stick butter
8 oz. carton sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Use all fluid in corn. Mix all ingredients and pour into a 2 or 2 1/2 quart greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
