FETTUCCINE AL MARCO 
1/2 lb. cooked fettuccine noodles
1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 egg
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 c. parsley
2 c. spinach leaves
1 tsp. basil
Garlic and pepper to taste
Black olives, sliced

Blend all ingredients, except pasta until very smooth. Toss drained pasta with sauce. Serve immediately. Garnish with olives.
