CHRISTY'S CORN PUDDING 
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (15 oz.) can creamed style corn
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Melt butter in bottom of casserole dish. Mix all remaining ingredients together. Simple right!

Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.

Garnish with a teaspoon of dairy sour cream per serving.
