BAR - B - Q CHICKEN WINGS 
2 lb. chicken wings
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/3 c. cooking oil
2 green peppers
3 stalks celery
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. catsup
1 onion

Salt and pepper wings. Place wings in baking dish. Chop peppers, onion, celery, saute in oil. Add the remaining ingredients. Pour over wings. Cover and bake 1/2 hour. Remove lid. Bake another 1/2 hour.
