BAR - B - Q CHICKEN 
1 envelope spalini spaghetti sauce mix
2 (6 oz.) cans water
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 or 2 tbsp. salad oil
1/4 to 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
Soy sauce to taste
Ginger to taste
3 to 4 lbs. chicken, cooked

Combine all ingredients for sauce in a large skillet, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the cut up chicken to sauce and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with or on top or rice.
