CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
1 pkg. chicken thighs
2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
Rosemary, thyme, onions, oil
2 bay leaves
Italian seasoning
Dash or 1/2 tsp. chili powder
4 oz. can mushrooms or 4 cut up fresh mushrooms
Bell pepper, diced
Garlic salt
Oregano (whole)
Dry parsley

Brown chicken, drain off fat or oil. Add water, seasons and stir. Cover. Top with onions and bell pepper, simmer 5 to 10 minutes until tender and thick. Serves 6.
