CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. milk (1 or 2 tbsp. Lipton onion soup mix)
1 fryer, cut up

Mix rice, soups, milk and onion soup mix together and pour in casserole dish. Place pieces of chicken on top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees in covered dish for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Remove top and bake about 15 minutes longer to brown chicken.
