RUTH'S JELLO SALAD 
3 (3 oz.) boxes Raspberry jello
1 (15 oz.) jar applesauce
1 c. orange juice
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (20 oz.) bottle diet 7-up or Sprite

Bring first four ingredients to a boil then let set til room temperature. Add 7-Up or Sprite to jello mixture. (Use large bowl as it will foam up.) Mix well and pour into mold if desired and chill.
