ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
1 pkg. orange jello, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 c. nuts, optional

Drain juices from oranges and pineapple; add water to make 1 c. Have cream cheese at room temperature. Add to jello, which has been dissolved in hot water. Add all ingredients except cream. Let chill until thickened before adding whipping cream. 1 envelope of plain gelatin can be added to hot jello to ensure it will be firm enough.
