ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
1 sm. can frozen orange juice
1 lg. pkg. orange Jello
2 c. hot water
2 med. cans mandarin oranges
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
1 c. milk
1 c. Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups hot water. Add orange juice straight from can. Add well-drained fruit. Let set until firm. Mix pudding with milk, then add Cool Whip and spread over Jello in 9x13 inch pan. Grated cheese can be used to top salad.
