HOLIDAY FLUFF SALAD 
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (8-9 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed

In bowl, stir together dry pudding mix and undrained pineapple, mixing well. Fold in marshmallows and Cool Whip. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving or make the day before. If desired top with maraschino cherries.
