DEVILED EGGS 
1 dozen boiled eggs
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. Baco bits
Mayonnaise

Mash yolks and combine with remaining ingredients except egg whites. Use enough mayonnaise to make a smooth paste. Fill whites and garnish with parsley.

TIP: To make perfectly cooked boiled eggs every time, place eggs in enough cold water to cover. Cover pot, bring to a boil, and immediately turn heat down to the lowest point.
