BROCCOLI DEVILED EGG CASSEROLE
6 hard cooked eggs
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
Dash pepper
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped broccoli or 1 bunch fresh
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash hot sauce

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash well; add mayonnaise, mustard and pepper and blend well. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.

Cook broccoli according to package instructions. DRAIN WELL. Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and stir until blended. Add milk gradually and cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Reserve 2 tbsp. cheese.

Add remaining cheese to sauce and stir until cheese is melted. Add Worcestershire sauce. Place broccoli in well greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish and add half the cheese sauce. Arrange eggs on sauce and pour remaining sauce over eggs. Sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly brown. (Looks hard but easy.)
