DEVILED EGG SALAD 
6 hard cooked eggs
1 tsp. minced onions
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ketchup
Pinch of black pepper
2 or 3 tbsp. mayonnaise

Slice eggs lengthwise; remove yolks (reserve yolks). Add remaining ingredients; whip until fluffy. Pile lightly into whites. Garnish as desired. Place 2 halves on lettuce leaf; serve with tomato wedges.
