CHEESY HASHBROWN POTATOES | |
2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes (I like Ore-Ida) 1 pint (2 cups) dairy sour cream 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted 1 chopped onion potato chips, crumbled Thaw bag of hash brown potatoes. In 13x9-inch casserole dish, mix sour cream, cheese, chicken soup, butter and onion together. Stir into potatoes until thoroughly mixed. Crumble potato chips on top. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
