RAISIN FILLED COOKIE 
5 c. flour
4 eggs
1 c. sour milk - add 1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. Crisco

Roll dough; cut circles. Lay one on cookie sheet; fill with filling. Cover with another circle and crimp together.

FILLING: Put 1 pound raisins, 2 cups water, and 1/2 cup sugar in a saucepan; thicken with cornstarch and add 1 teaspoon vanilla and nuts.
