FRESH PEACH POUND CAKE 
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. self-rising flour
2 c. diced fresh or frozen peaches
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 tsp. peach puree
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix and frost cooled cake. Mix cake ingredients in order given. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in tube pan. Cool 10 minutes in pan, remove and cool completely on cooling rack.
