SIMPLY EASY POUND CAKE 
8 oz. cream cheese
3 sticks butter
6 eggs
3 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
2 tbsp. vanilla

Soften cream cheese and butter. Mix cream cheese, butter and eggs together with an electric mixer. Add sugar, flour and vanilla. Blend until creamy. Coat bundt pan with non stick spray. Pour in batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until tested done in the center.

Wow! Made this cake Thursday night. Took to a friend's house Saturday. It was simply raved on! Everybody loved it! Got request to make it again for money! I did add a few changes. I added 3 level tsp. of baking powder, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, and a 1/2 tsp. salt to the flour and sifted it. This is now my all time favorite pound cake! I used my large tube pan. had to bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours or til toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. THANKS COOKS.COM!
