PINEAPPLE POUND CAKE 
1 c. shortening
1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. butter flavor
2 tbsp. butter nut flavor or 3 tbsp. butter flavor
6 eggs, separated

Mix shortening, butter and sugar; add egg yolks, one at a time. Mix pineapple and flavor. Add flour; mix well. Add egg whites; mix well. Bake in pound cake pan at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. After removing from pan ice while hot.

ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
