PINEAPPLE POUND CAKE 
1/2 c. Crisco
2 sticks butter
2 3/4 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. drained crushed pineapple

Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs one at a time; beat well. Add baking powder to flour. Alternately add milk and flour mixture to sugar, shortening and egg mixture. Add vanilla and pineapple. Pour in a tube pan. Place in cold oven. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple

Heat all together and put on cake while hot.
