PINEAPPLE POUND CAKE 
1/2 c. Crisco
2 sticks butter
2 3/4 c. sugar
6 lg. eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. undrained, crushed pineapple

Cream Crisco, butter, and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Add flavoring. Stir in pineapple. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Top with sauce.

PINEAPPLE POUND CAKE SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar

Melt butter; add sugar and pineapple. Mix well.
