CORNED BEEF KABOBS (ST.
PATRICK'S DAY)
 
121 1/2 cubes cooked corned beef
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Brussels sprouts, cooked
Rye bread, cube into bite-sized triangles
Melted butter

Thread 3 corn beef cubes, 3 Brussels sprouts and 3 bread triangles on each skewer; brush with butter. Broil about 3 inches from heat for 4 minutes, turning once. Serve on hot platter garnished with parsley. Yield: 4 servings.
