ST. PATRICK'S DAY SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 can pears, drained and diced, save juice
2 pkg. cream cheese (3 oz. ea.)
2 tbsp. cream or milk
2 c. Cool Whip or whipped cream

Drain juice from pineapple and pears. Heat 1 cup juice (add water if necessary) to boiling. Add to Jello in large bowl.

While hot, add cream cheese which has been mashed with cream or milk. Whip with mixer. Chill until cool. Add pears, pineapple and Cool Whip. Refrigerate until serving.

This is actually called Seafoam Salad. Got this recipe from my mother in law. It is a hit any where we go!!!
