GREEN BEAN SALAD 
3 (16 oz.) cans bluelake green beans, drained
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup salad oil
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Mix sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour over green beans and add red onion and bell pepper. Marinate 24 hours. Drain to serve. Serve with my Sour Cream Horseradish Dressing on the side.
