1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
2 tsp. minced onion
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained

Empty corn bread mix into a bowl. Stir in broccoli, eggs, cottage cheese, onion and melted butter. Bake in oven until brown. Will be moist.
