HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
3 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. Marsala or dry sherry
1/4 c. dijon mustard
2 tsp. grated lemon or orange zest
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Toast sesame seeds at 325 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Pour into a small bowl, then add honey, Marsala, mustard, zest, and lemon juice. Place in shallow oven-proof baking dish and pour honey mixture over. Turn to coat evenly with sauce. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325 degrees or until chicken is no longer pink when pricked with fork. Baste occasionally. Serves 4. Each 325 calories, 8 grams of fat, 101 milligrams cholesterol, 294 milligrams sodium.
