HONEY-MUSTARD CHICKEN | |
3 lbs. skinless chicken breasts, cut up 1/2 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. honey 1/4 c. Dijon mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 1 can whole white sm. potatoes Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken, mushrooms and potatoes in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Combine butter, honey, mustard, salt and pepper. Spread over chicken mixture. Bake 1 hour basting every 15 minutes with juices. Serves 4-6. |
