EASY SLICING MEAT LOAF 
2/3 c. evaporated milk (sm. can)
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix ingredients in order given. Press into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and drain fat. Spread 1 small can of pizza sauce or tomato paste over loaf. Return loaf to oven for 10 minutes. Allow meat to stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
