BABA'S ROLLS MADE EASY | |
1 pkg. frozen bread dough, thawed 1 lb. ground beef or leftover roast of any meat 2 eggs, hard cooked Salt & pepper to taste Fry up ground beef or if using leftover meat chop or ground in food processor. Peel eggs and mash with a fork. Combine meat (if fried drain well) with eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. Separate the dough into 2 inch balls and let rise for about 30 minutes. Take each ball and flatten, put a spoon of the meat and egg mixture in the middle and fold pinching the edge shut tight. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. You brush the tops with egg white and sprinkle poppy or sesame seeds if desired. |
