1 head cauliflower, cut up
1 head cabbage, coarsely cut
3 lg. carrots, grated
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled

Mix together and put following dressing over.

DRESSING:

1 c. Miracle Whip
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Let set a few hours in refrigerator before serving.
