GRILLED MARINATED CHICKEN 
1 tbsp. (rounded) chopped fresh garlic
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh ginger root
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. oil
1 c. low sodium Kikkoman soy sauce
1/4 c. pineapple juice

Marinate at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight. Sufficient for 2 lbs. of meat.
