SOUR CREAM DROP BISCUITS 
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. shortening
1 c. milk

Combine flour, shortening and sour cream. Add enough milk to make a spoonable batter. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 450 degrees.
