SOUR CREAM BISCUITS 
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sour cream
2 c. self rising flour

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine softened butter and sour cream. Fold in flour. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 2 dozen.
