PEACH BAVARIAN 
1 lg. can peaches, drained and saved juice
1 sm. lemon Jello
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/3 c. peach juice
4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip
Dash of salt
1 1/4 tsp. almond extract

Boil Jello, sugar, peach juice and salt. Chill until thick. Beat with mixer and add 1 1/4 teaspoons almond extract. Mix with Cool Whip. Fold in peaches.
