CHOPSTICK CHICKEN 
1 can mushroom soup
3 oz. (2 c.) chow mein noodles
2 to 3 c. chopped chicken, cooked
1 c. celery
1/2 c. salted, toasted cashews
1/2 c. chopped onions

Combine soup and 1/4 cup water (or chicken broth). Add 1 cup noodles, the chicken, celery, cashews and onion. Toss lightly. Place in an ungreased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining noodles over top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. For garnish, top with 1 can mandarin oranges (drained). Serves 4.
