1 lg. pkg. lime Jello
2 c. hot water
2 c. cucumber, grated
2 tbsp. onion, grated
1 c. salad dressing
1 tsp. salt
2 c. cottage cheese

Dissolve Jello in water. Chill. Add rest of ingredients. Stir until well blended. Pour into mold and chill until firm.
