APPLE WALNUT SALAD 
6 medium sized apples, mixed varieties
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. raisins
1 c. vanilla yogurt

Peel, core and chop apples into 1-inch cubes. Mix with lemon juice (to prevent apples from turning brown). Toss with spices, add walnuts and raisins. Mix with yogurt and serve. Best if made the same day it is to be served. The apples can also be left unpeeled.
