CINNAMON CHEESE CAKE | |
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs, crushed 3 tbsp. sugar 1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon 3 tbsp. melted butter 1 1/2 lbs. cream cheese, at room temperature 1 c. sugar 3 eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 pt. sour cream 3 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla Line bottom of 10-inch springform pan with graham cracker crumbs mixed with 3 tablespoons sugar, melted butter and cinnamon. Beat cream cheese with electric beater until smooth. Gradually add sugar, eggs, one at a time, and vanilla. Pour into pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Turn oven up to 500 degrees. Whip sour cream slightly and add sugar and vanilla. Pour over top of cake. Bake 5 minutes. Turn off oven and leave in oven until oven is cool. |
