SPICY HUMMUS
2 cans chick peas (also called garbanzo or ceci beans)
1-2 tbsp. sesame techina
1 oz. lemon juice (fresh or concentrated)
4 cloves raw garlic or powdered garlic
Raw or dehydrated parsley
Cayenne pepper
Turmeric
Curry powder
Cumin

Peel garlic cloves and place in food processor with mixing blade in place. Mince garlic and use spatula to bring all the strewn garlic from the sides of the bowl to the bottom of the bowl. Open cans of beans and save the juice by draining it into a container that is easy to pour from without spilling. Pour beans into food processor along with lemon juice and techina. Add all spices and parsley to taste. Turn on food processor and leave on.

Remove cylinder/rectangle from top of mixing bowl. Add bean juice slowly through top of mixing bowl until consistency of mixture is smooth but not too liquidy from particles not exceeding a few millimeters in size. Remove from mixing bowl to serving bowl and garnish with parsley, cilantro, paprika, olives and olive oil or garnish of choice. Serves 6-12 as hors d'oeuvre.
