MARINATED MACARONI SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
3 sliced hard boiled eggs
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 pkg. scallions

DRESSING:

1/3 c. wine vinegar
2/3 c. salad oil
2 tsp. salt
Dash ketchup and dry mustard
Garlic powder
Onion salt
Beau monde
Basil and parsley

Cook elbow macaroni. Add celery, scallions and eggs (2). Marinate in dressing above. Add mayonnaise before serving. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with egg slices.
