1 loaf cocktail rye
Italian seasoning dressing mix
Cucumbers
8 oz. cream cheese
Milk or cream
Dill weed

Mix cream cheese, dressing mix and milk or cream to good spreading consistency. Spread on cocktail rye. Place slice of cucumber next. Then sprinkle with dill weed. Leaving the peel on the cucumber adds color.
