RICE PUDDING 
1 c. cooked white rice
3 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. raisins
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch (mix in with rice)
Nutmeg

1. Combine all ingredients (except nutmeg).

2. Pour into casserole dish.

3. Cook at 375 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.

4. Sprinkle with nutmeg before serving.
