3/4 c. flour
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
2 sm. cans orange juice concentrate
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
3 tbsp. orange marmalade
6 oz. water

Blend all ingredients and add to brown and bag with duck or poultry. Cook as needed.
